Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Syncra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nomad Devs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Syncra is a cross-platform clipboard synchronization application that allows you to copy content on one device and access it on another. The App is available on iOS and Android mobile platforms, as well as macOS desktop.

We offer both a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with expanded capabilities as described below.

3. Account Requirements

To use Syncra, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Create an account using a valid email address, Google account, or Apple ID
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Available Plans

Syncra offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Extended clipboard history (up to 1,000 items)
• Sync across up to 10 devices
• Image clipboard sync
• No advertisements
• Cross-device push notifications
• Priority support

4.3 Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

4.4 Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Syncra → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Syncra → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Syncra to:

• Transmit or store any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Transmit viruses or any other malicious code

6. Clipboard Content

You retain full ownership of all content you sync through Syncra. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your clipboard content solely for the purpose of providing the synchronization service.

You are solely responsible for the content you sync. Do not use Syncra to sync passwords, financial information, or other highly sensitive data without understanding the associated risks.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The Syncra App, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding your clipboard data), is owned by Nomad Devs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion:

• Your account and all associated clipboard data will be permanently deleted
• Any active subscription will not be automatically cancelled — you must cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMAD DEVS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded Syncra from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Nomad Devs LLC only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you

These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
