Syncra is a clipboard synchronization service that allows users to copy content on one device and paste it on another device. The Service includes:

• Cross-platform clipboard synchronization
• Clipboard history storage
• Device management
• Mobile, desktop, and web applications

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use Syncra. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Syncra. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features with restrictions on clipboard history and number of devices.

4.2 Premium Plans

Premium plans offer unlimited clipboard history and devices. Payment is processed through our payment provider (Stripe).

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
• You can cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial periods

4.3 Free Trial

Premium plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial without any charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software

6. Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you sync through Syncra. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not sync content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Infringing on intellectual property
• Malicious or harmful (viruses, malware)
• Child sexual abuse material

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you sync. We do not monitor or review your content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Service Availability
